We spent 5 nights here with our large family and had a wonderful experience! The location is great, just a short walk from Bowness pier. Rob and Tanya treated us like family, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing helpful tips for our outings.

My kids wished there were more space in the room for activities or luggage. Although it didn’t affect us much, families might appreciate larger room options.

Rob and Tanya were exceptionally friendly and welcoming hosts, making me feel right at home during my stay in a spotless double room. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious and plentiful spread, including delightful salmon options. Though the bed felt a bit soft for my preference, it provided a peaceful night's sleep in a quiet location, only a short walk from shops and the lake. Free parking nearby was a convenient plus.

I arrived for one night and was pleasantly surprised when Robert handed me a free ice cold cider right after a hot journey. The garden was perfect for lounging with a good book, and there’s also a lovely little seating area for a morning coffee. The shower had some odd temperature swings, but it was a minor issue in an otherwise great stay. 😊

I stayed in the Standard Twin Room and it was spacious, clean, and equipped with a lovely en-suite bathroom. The hosts, Rob and Tanya, provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome every moment. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, setting us up perfectly for our days out exploring.
